Returns & Refunds

Wild Yam Purple Ube Powder is a food product, so for safety and hygiene we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened pouches.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can sort it out quickly.

Unopened pouches.
If a pouch is still sealed and unopened, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll help with a return or exchange. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility, and refunds are issued once we receive the item in resalable condition.

Cancellations.
Need to change or cancel an order? Message us as soon as possible. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it.
