100% pure purple ube (purple yam) powder — one ingredient, finely milled. No sugar, gums, flavoring, or added color.
Is the purple color natural?
Yes. Every shade comes from the ube root itself. We never use dyes or artificial colors.
Does it have caffeine?
No — it's naturally caffeine-free, so enjoy it any time of day.
What does it taste like?
Gently sweet and nutty, like vanilla meets sweet potato. Soft and creamy, never bitter.
How should I store it?
Reseal the pouch and keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct light to keep the color and aroma vivid.

How do I make an ube latte?
Scoop 1–2 teaspoons, whisk with a splash of hot water into a paste, then top with your milk of choice — hot or iced. Sweeten to taste.
How many drinks are in a pouch?
Each pouch is 100g — roughly 20 servings at about 5g each. The Duo (2 pouches) makes about 40.
What can I make with it?
Hot and iced lattes, smoothies, smoothie bowls, and baked goods like loaves, cookies, and pancakes.
Which milk works best?
Oat and coconut are creamy favorites; whole milk is a classic. Almond keeps it light.
